Luke 16:23-24. A rich man is in torment within the flames of Hell and there is no water there to quench his thirst. There is no comfort or peace.
Revelation 14:11. States there is no rest day or night for those in Hell. There is anguish of soul.
Isaiah 45:16. Speaks of confusion, there is no contentment in Hell. There is regret and shame.
Psalm 140:10. Speaks of burning coals, within deep pits! People are never to rise again.
Revelation 14:10. Describes Hell as a place of fire and brimstone, making breathing very difficult.
Psalm 73:18-19. Shows us it is a place of fear and utter desolation, where people are consumed with fear and terror.
Psalm 74:20 . Says it is a dark place full of cruelty and violence. There is therefore no tranquility.
Isaiah 24:22. Hell is a pit and a prison for a period of time but it is then thrown into the Lake of Fire forever. (see and understand Revelation 20:14-15).
