12 – TWELVE, DIVINE GOVERNMENT NUMBER.

12 Apostles. Matthew chapter 10.
12 Gates in New Jerusalem. Rev chapter 21.

40 – FORTY, THE NUMBER OF TESTING AND TRIAL.

It rained for 40 days and nights in Noah’s Flood.
Moses spent 40 years in the desert. Exodus 3.
Israel spied out the land for 40 days. Numbers 13:25.
Moses spent 40 days on Mount Sinai. Exodus 24:18.

Fiftieth year was a Jubilee year for Israel. Lev 23:15.
