Satisfied?

Why would you ‘stick with religion’?
Which holds you ‘dead in trespasses and sin’,
Keeping rules and empty rituals,
The binding ‘traditions of men’.
So is it fear and familiarity?
Or pride and confidence in what you’ve always done?
Don’t be afraid to let go and find out,
The plans God’s committed to Jesus the Son!

If you’re just ‘practising’ religion, in any shape or ‘form’,
You might be unaware there’s more to it,
Except what you perceive as the ‘norm’!
Jesus also said No to religion, when He encountered it in His day, on earth,
Emmanuel, the God-man, still the Truth, the Life, the Way!
Without Him no-one comes to the Father, Heaven gained by spiritual birth!
