When you call on the Lord to be 1st in your heart,
And continue to surrender, life in each part,
Then you can’t help but be, delighted in Him,
More resting, less striving, Heaven closer, earth dim!
Baptised in the Spirit, God working through you!
So much untapped power, seek Him what to do!
Obedience, the measure of your love for the Lord,
The Holy Spirit controlling each thought, deed and word!
