the things which will take place after this” (FUTURE)

PAST – The things that John saw – Chapter 1.
PRESENT – The things which are – 7 Churches. Chapters 2-3.
FUTURE – The things to come – Chapters 4-22.

Three Themes.

1. The FRIENDS of the Lamb – Chapters 1-11.
2. The FOES of the Lamb – Chapters 12-18.
3. The FAME of the Lamb – Chapters 19-22.

Threefold Witness.

1. The Word of God. )

3. The Vision of John the Apostle. )

Threefold Blessing.

1. The reader of the Book. )
2. The hearer of its words. ) Revelation 1:3.
3. Those that keep what is written. )
