GOD’S WAYS:

“From everlasting to everlasting, Thou art God”

• God as the eternal rest of the redeemed – verse 1.
• God as the Ruler of the Universe – verse 2.
• God as the refuge of the human soul – verse 3.

MAN’S DAYS: are Few and Feeble –

“We have finished our years like a sigh”

• ‘as a sleep’ – see verse 5.
• ‘like grass’ – see verse 5.
• ‘as a tale that is told’ – see verse 9.

MOSES PRAYS:

“So teach us to number our days”

• for a Proper Approach to life’s purpose – see verses 12-13.
• for a Prayerful Appreciation of God’s mercy – see verses 14-15.
• for a Personal Appropriation of God’s power – seeverses 16-17.
